Fun In The Sun

We went to the farm to enjoy the beautiful weather. This was Kimber's first time to get to run and play in the grass. She wasn't a fan of the grass on her feet at first. But, after a couple of minutes she decided it was kinda fun. Our farm visit was cut short because Kimber started crying and threw up. She is now running a 101.1 temp. We just took Kinnison to the doctor yesterday and Kimber just finished up antibiotics last week! I am so tired of my babies being sick. Even though she didn't feel well, I got some great photos.

Easter Photos

We decided to use a local studio for our Easter photos this year. We went to Brian and Jenny Stark at What My Eyes Have Seen Photography. They did an amazing job!

Easter Part II

The girls were so excited the Easter Bunny came. They got to play with their goodies and then we went to the farm. It was very windy and very rainy. We were confined to the farmhouse. It is very small and we had a lot of people in there. No one seemed to mind. We had a great time. The Easter Bunny came to visit them again this year. Kimber was SO excited. Her face was priceless. We had some great food. Gammy got all the great grandkids a kite. She also got Kinnison and Kimber some new pink and brown Nike Shox. They are adorable.

I hope Everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Easter Part I

We colored our Easter Eggs last night. Kimber was not really excited about it. So, I bribed her with a sucker. I got some cute photos. We went to Luke's Mom's house to celebrate Easter yesterday. She bought the girls a sand box and tons of candy. They had a wonderful time. We went to an old school in Sulphur Springs to have our Easter egg hunt. On the way there Kimber fell asleep. Luke carried her around and hunted eggs for her. She woke up and got excited. She picked out one pink egg and carried it around the whole time.

Southern Traditions

A couple years ago we bought a coffee table. It did not match a single item in our house. So, Luke made some furniture to match it. We didn't like any of the furniture. So, we stained them. We still didn't like them. So, they have been ugly and mismatched ever since. Recently, some of my family and friends have bought furniture from a local business, Southern Traditions. (click name to view their website) I emailed the owner to see if she could finish our funiture for us. She picked up the furniture about two weeks ago and her husband delivered it today. I am in love! They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier! Unfortunately, I didn't take before photos.

I Would Have Bet Money...

that Kimber would scream when she saw the Easter Bunny. And, I would have lost. Gammy and Aunt Charity took all the kiddos to the mall today. They ate at Market Place, ate gummy bears, rode the ice cream truck and saw the Easter Bunny. What a day! Kimber is stubborn and does not usually react well to change. She likes things her way. That is how we live our lives....Kimber's rules. So, I assumed that she would become hysterical and refuse to visit the bunny. Gammy said she loved him! Just for fun I will post pictures from the years gone by.

This is as good as it gets with four kids. (Kimber isn't a fan of photos either)

When I was adding the Easter Bunny photos, I found some great Santa photos. I thought I should add them too. I would just like to say that the Santa at Northwest Arkansas Mall is awesome. The Easter Bunny...not so much. The costume is awful.

Look at their faces. They have been traumatized.
